What’s the Office Workout of the Day (i.e. WOD) all about?
Quite simply – Playing offense on our health & fitness at the office.
On average, adults spend over 50% of their waking hours at the office. What if you could leave the office everyday healthier than when you entered?
That’s what the Office WOD is designed to help do. Instead of filling your down time heading to the vending machine or going on a Starbucks run, we challenge you to use those small breaks to complete the Office WOD. We’ll give daily physical challenges and a few bonus ones (think nutrition and mental) that are designed to give you boosts of energy, a mental re-charge, and help you leave the office healthier than you entered.
