This event is designed 100% for companies and we know how busy you are. That’s why we have designed this event to require minimal time from you and your team.
For team coordinators, we handle all of the logistics and communications for you so you can focus on the fun stuff. We provide all emails, promotional materials, and training materials to get everyone recruited and ready for event day. All you are responsible for is forwarding on the emails we send you and keeping track of your team.
For participants the only required time is 90 minutes on event day.
The Fit Company Challenge is nationwide and is held in over 25 cities. There are many companies that participate in this event across multiple cities and it’s a great way to get your offices working together to improve their health! Absolutely not! Since this event doesn’t require any specific training and it’s a general fitness challenge, any training you are doing for another event or program will help you prepare for this. In fact, many companies use this as a way to compliment other events or wellness initiatives and keep motivation high.
Yes! The Fit Company Challenge is designed for all fitness levels and ages. Each team will be able to select a difficulty level for each course. We can accommodate beginners who have never worked out before, advanced fitness enthusiasts, and everyone in between. Each team will be able select the challenges they complete on event day and any station can be skipped.
The minimum number of participants depends on your office size, but we keep them low to give you flexibility with your team size. Minimums range between 4 and 12 people with no maximum on team members. Call us at 888-994-9964 and we can you let you know exactly how many people you’ll need.
We send out all challenge materials including exact course details, scoring details, form guidelines, and training materials 8 weeks prior to an event.
Yes! We provide some awesome training plans for all participants so your team will be 100% ready for event day. Training plans are included in your registration fee.

Absolutely! This is a family friendly event and we encourage companies to bring out friends and family to watch! All spectators are included with company registration.
Of course! The majority of companies taking this challenge are using this as a way to improve employee health. In fact, most have never done an organized fitness event before. If this is your first time looking at doing something healthy as a company, then this is the perfect way to kick things off!
The challenge is done as a team. Small squads of 3-4 will work together to complete the courses to earn points for their company.
Our event is rain or shine and some of our most fun events have been in the rain! If there is thunder or lightning, we operate on a 30 minute delay.
In the very rare case that dangerous weather persists and the event cannot go on, we will transfer your registration to any event in the next 12 months.
If a venues close due to weather, or are is unusable for any reason, we will either find an alternative venue or transfer your registration to any event in the next 12 months.
All updates will be communicated to team captains via email or phone call whenever possible, but may be on event day depending on the circumstances.
Yes! We can hold the Fit Company Challenge for any company, school, municipality, or organization. You’ll get the same amazing experience as our city-wide challenge, but at a date, time, and venue of your choosing. We can also hold the event semi-privately for your clients, association members, or for a specific industry. Contact us at 888-994-9964 and ask about our private events for more information.

Discounts are available for groups of 25 more, nonprofits, and for private events.
Registration payments can be made by the employer or by the employee. Insurance providers will often cover the costs of the challenge, so please check with your rep to see if this would be covered under your company’s plan.
We do not issue refunds regardless of circumstance nor do we issue partial refunds per company policy. If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, companies can make substitutions at any time prior to starting the challenge.
Companies can also transfer unused team slots to another challenge during the 12 months from the date of the challenge that they registered. All registrants are welcome to attend the event even if they do not take part in the fitness challenge.
